Free standard shipping applies to all domestic orders over $100.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Processing time: orders placed before 1:30pm (AEST) are processed and shipped the same business day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (such as sales or Christmas), when processing may take longer.
Shipping time: standard delivery takes approximately 2-8 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping takes approximately 1-4 business days.
Shipping costs: costs vary based on the number of items in your order. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

Orders placed before 1:30pm (AEST) are processed and shipped the same business day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (such as sales or Christmas), when processing may take longer. Standard and express shipping are available for international orders - prices vary and are calculated based on the parcel's weight at checkout. All shipping times below are estimates and may vary.

New Zealand

Standard shipping: approximately 6-15 business days. Express shipping: approximately 4-8 business days.

Standard cost: $16-$36 AUD. Express cost: $20-$42 AUD.

USA & Canada

Standard shipping: approximately 8-20 business days. Express shipping: approximately 4-10 business days.

Standard cost: $22-$77 AUD. Express cost: $37-$83 AUD.

UK & Ireland

Standard shipping: approximately 8-20 business days. Express shipping: approximately 4-10 business days.

Standard cost: $24-$89 AUD. Express cost: $40-$97 AUD.

Courier services: we use trusted couriers such as Australia Post and other nationally recognised carriers.

Tracking: once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Address changes: once an order has shipped we can't modify the delivery address, so please check your details carefully before checkout.

Order Processing & Handling

Processing delays: during launch periods or busy periods (such as sales or Christmas), processing may take longer than usual - please allow extra time for order processing and shipping during these periods.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us at hello@criusendurance.com.au within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Damaged goods: include a photo of the damaged item and packaging for a faster resolution.
Missing items: let us know which items are missing so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
