1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CRIUS Endurance website and your purchase of any products, including AUD pricing shown in Australian dollars. By placing an order or subscribing to a recurring plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock or priced in error). For one-time purchases, payment is processed at the time of order. Prices include GST where applicable and are subject to change without notice for future orders, but the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Choosing a "Subscribe & save" plan means you are signing up for a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to automatically charge your saved payment method the subscription price shown at checkout every month, on the same date you first subscribed, until you cancel.

• Price: your subscription price is locked in at the rate shown when you subscribe. If we increase subscription pricing in future, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect on your next billing cycle, and you may cancel before then at no cost.
• Billing cycle: charges recur monthly from your original subscription date. There is no fixed minimum term or lock-in period.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
• Failed payments: if a scheduled payment fails, we'll attempt to retry it and notify you by email; your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment can't be collected after reasonable attempts.
• Changes: you can change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@criusendurance.com.au.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for products that fail to meet a consumer guarantee.

4. Bundle Offers

Bundle pricing (for example, 3 pouches for $165.62) is a one-time discounted purchase, not a subscription, unless you separately choose a subscription plan.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking information once your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location and carrier delays outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, and costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 7. Health & Product Information

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, or taking medication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable consumer guarantee rights above, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
